We respect your privacy and comply with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. What we collect
- Your name and mobile number to create and verify your account.
- Car details: make, model, year, plate number and colour.
- Your location only during an order, to send the technician and calculate the price.
- Order history, invoices and ratings.
2. Payment data
- We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are processed by Moyasar under PCI DSS.
- We keep only the transaction reference and status for invoicing and refunds.
3. How we use data
- To provide the service, assign the nearest technician and follow up the order.
- To issue e-invoices as required by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
- To contact you about your orders, and send offers only if you agree.
4. Sharing
- The technician sees your first name, the order location and reaches you through a masked call, only during the order.
- We share what is needed with service providers (Moyasar for payments, an SMS provider for verification) under data-protection agreements.
- We never sell your data, and share it with authorities only on a lawful request.
5. Retention
- We keep order and invoice records for as long as the law requires.
- When you delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal data, except what the law requires us to keep.
6. Your rights
- See your data and request a copy.
- Correct your data, or delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account.
- Withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.
